April 2024 - MALSP Meeting - Generative AI in eDiscovery

SYNOPSIS:

Generative AI is the legal technology topic of the moment. Although potentially useful for almost every aspect of what legal practitioners do, GenAI is particularly well-positioned for use by professionals focused on eDiscovery. Join us as we discuss the state of GenAI as a tool to support and enhance how we work with ESI throughout the life of an investigation or lawsuit. During our time together, we will focus on:

  • Current eDiscovery-specific GenAI offerings, with examples,
  • Ways you can make effective use of GenAI-enabled capabilities to meet your eDiscovery objectives, and
  • Concerns you ought to keep in mind as you weigh options.
